From someone who has tried most of the WordPress premium themes, I can say that no other WordPress theme can give you this kind of control when it comes to designing your site. You can pretty much do anything with Headway. It has so many customizable options, you will probably fall asleep reading if I cite them all. Just to give you an idea, you can customize almost anything under the category of styling and features, Search Engine Optimization and social networking, among others. This is a HUGE deal. This is almost similar to what a web development and design professional can do.
Formidable SEO Features. How effective is the bult-in SEO settings of Headway Themes? One of my website is on the first page of Google. I am not saying yours will rank first too. However, from default settings alone, your SEO will improve. Headway provides you with great tools for SEO; it is a matter of what you do with it, which will spell the difference between a page 1 and a page 2 ranking.

As much as I absolutely adore the product, there are a couple of minor issues some may have with it (obviously not too bad since I am recommending the product).
A lot of options and configurations may be overwhelming. The interface is easy to use, it takes some time to learn everything. Do not get me wrong, it is not rocket science. For novice WordPress users, thing it could take a little time to get comfortable with the theme. The key is – stick to the basics, and as soon as you got the hang of it, begin exploring.
